Are your audio levels set too high?

They may be. You should read the audio levels service bulletin to avoid sending flawed alerts. This includes alerts that sound like a mix of multiple alerts.

The current release is 1.0h, version 74. 

DO NOT install this software if the version on your ENDEC is newer. To check your version, use the "version" button on the lower left side of the ENDEC's web page. If you don't have one, install this update. If you do, check the "Board rev" number. It will be something like n/xx. Ignore the number before the slash. Look at the other number. If it is less than 74, you can install this update. If it is 74 or greater, do not install this update.

1. Read the Release Notes.
2. To update your ENDEC to version 1.0h/74, download this file and upload to your ENDEC using the "Upload Firmware" command on the left side of the ENDEC's main web page.
   Version 1.0h/74 file.

If you can't access your ENDEC's web server, use the usb update procedure.

3. Install version 2.17 of ENDECSETD. Use this version to set override user (D in) settings. Run this install file. This is a windows installer (.msi) file, you can run it directly from your browser, or save the file and then run it.
